The team was very responsive and coordinated very well with each other and with all the parties involved in the transaction. They made a painful experience almost painless an enjoyable.
Overall, the experience was exceptional. Great low rates, great service, and great communication. The only negative thing I experienced was with the closing on the house. I felt like after it was signed and sealed with the loan agreement, the communication dropped for the closing, which caused problems with the date of closing not being on time.
