I would have provided a higher rating however, the original closing date was missed. Not only did I miss out on the opportunity to close earlier, I ended up closing late due to the team failing to submit paperwork on time.
VA Loans have this reputation of being cumbersome and time consuming. Joe and his team at Veteran's United were able to get our loan completed in absolutely no time. Could not have been happier with the service and communication we received.

Every step of the Veterans United process was friendly and encouraging. Moya and Emilee were GEMs to work with and I wouldn’t trade them for anybody! They were thoughtful, informative and responsive.
