But the keys to the Veterans United machine were the individuals, Loan Officer Daren Bodine and Transaction Coordinator Shay Goodman. Both Daren and Shay were there at all times with the perfect answer to every question. If Daren was away from his desk I always got through to Shay who either was able to answer my question or call Daren to the phone. They are so outstanding that when I was clear to close I actually missed the daily communications with their team. Thank You Daren, Shay and the whole Veterans United Team.
