I am a man of my words i do not like playing with people's time, family and money. If I cannot accomplish something because I will be on vacation I will postpone my vacation until I can accomplish my task - not give it to someone else that's also going on vacation. My closing was delayed by one week were I had to adjust and pay extra because of your employees unprofessionslism. On top of that all I have heard was that my loan was delayed because of me, because we changed paperwork, all because of me. I know that the seller and myself stayed on top of everything. I even asked questions about closing on the 1st of July, two weeks in advance. I monitored daily your VU "my tracker" website. I wanted to transfer funds ASAP and also know my closing cost. All I heard from everyone that assisted me through the process was we are on track everything looks good, Just make sure to have the fund by Thursday 30jun2016. I did that and still VU did not come through. As a matter of fact I ended up knowing my closing cost 1 day before closing. I ended up paying for a week of rent with additional charges (unnecessary) and have the seller delayed her flights one week to Asia ($2k of additional flight cost) all because of your company. All in all, the process was smooth through we got to the end. I really think management should reconsider approving vacation time when someone is about to close on a home loan. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate on your part. Having someone (buyer/seller) pay extra for no reason does not make sense to me. We had everything in line and ready to close.
