Beginning the moment I contacted Veterans Home United is was a positive venture until I closed on my home. Immediately Patty Delaney in October 2014 guided me to get my credit score higher as it was 640 and said she'd follow up in 3 months--no pressure. She sent the lighthouse packet and I read it thoroughly. Unbeknowest to me was tax judgments which were paid but not completed with the court. Her effort in doing such and paying down my Military Star account saw my credit report rise over 80 points. She then led me to Steve whom was articulate, professional and upbeat. Immediate I received a plethora documents and he led me right to where I need to provide additional input, where to sign, initial and UPS back…speedy process. Once I found a home Steve and his staff led us to pre-approval and continued to monitor my application daily. Between him and the realtor they amazed me. Steve was always one step ahead in the entire process. My realtor too was amazed. As a retired Chief Master Sergeant and receiving the packet which former E-9 advisors to their respective chief of staffs endorsing Veterans United I was completely sold. Please know Veterans United is a class act whom know their business inside and out. The professionalism is absolutely great and I would tell any veteran to use this service---they are in my professional opinion provide a service to veterans like none I've ever seen. I was fortunate to find Veterans United and will spread to word to any veteran I know about Veterans United. Again, special thanks to Patty and Steve---you are the best and I salute you and your staffs. Please share my experience with our veterans.

Had to work around her schd, to view properties. Was told best way to contact her was email or text. Could only get answers when she was not working front desk. She made a decision on the color of the shingles for the home I purchased. She felt there was not enough time to contact me for my choice.
Good group of guys tell them thanks.
Just to reiderate that Ryan and Nicole were a great team to work with.
Samantha Jacobs made the process smooth.
I rated the agent as a 5 because I used my own.
I am VERY satisfied with Veterans United. ....Thank you!!!!!!!
I would like to see the system faster and less useless paper work.
It seems to us there are too many people handling one contract. We constantly had different demands from different people and no one seemed to agree on what needed to be done. We'd send what one person asked for and it was wrong, then someone else would ask for the same thing and it would all of a sudden be right. We signed the same documents multiple times because no one seemed to have the ones we had previously signed. And even at the end, our closing was a mess because different departments couldn't agree on what was needed to get it finished and closed. It was just awful. We went into this knowing buying a house is never easy and things can get complicated but this was beyond that. This was your companies lack of communication and organization.
Highly recommend for veterans looking for a home. Thank you!
