Tell them thanks so much for all their help . They made buying a house a great experience.
Spencer and Mark very knowledgeable with products and options, also very friendly and pleasant phone manner!
Kevin Webster and Jeremy Wilder are the best. I had contacted Kevin prior to looking for a new home. He helped us qualify for a loan and we knew exactly how much house we could afford. We went looking and could not find what we were looking for in an existing home so we had a home built. That turned out to be a long process that took almost a year from when we signed the contract to completion. Kevin and Jeremy worked with us the entire time to make the process painless. They took care of all the paperwork and if they needed information from us they emailed or phoned so we could get it to them. They were patient while we were waiting for the house to be completed. When it was close to complete they ensured we got locked in with a great interest rate. When the house was complete they worked like crazy to get us to closing as quickly as possible. If anyone is considering a VA loan then you should talk to Kevin Webster at Veterans United. He and his team go out of their way to ensure the complete loan process goes as smooth as possible. Thank you Kevin and Jeremy.

Dave was great doing business with. I Would also like to apologize to Dave and especially Jesse Murphy. Lmao. They had to put up with me being a true dick. Sorry just stressed a lil.
Over all really good I just had a bad experience on closing day.
I honestly cannot express enough how easy Danny really made this whole mortgage process for my wife and I. Even after working with us for a few months, stopping, restarting again and then following through all the way to the end, he was there every step of the way, with no complaints and was always extremely patient in making sure my questions (sometimes IMO stupid ones) were answered and I had not doubts. The speed in answering voice messages or emails was really what made it amazing. Danny usually got back to me within minutes during normal hours or at the latest early the next morning with answers. You don't know what it means to a client when you get that kind of care from someone. Danny really seemed to care about us and making sure we were taken care of. Even when we had to stop the process, he checked in with me a few times to see how we were and if there was anything he could do.
As I started out with this comment, I really can't express enough how easy this whole thing was, especially after talking with friends and family and hearing horror stories. I will be recommending VU to everyone that I can and I will especially be giving out Danny's name. Danny is an absolutely outstanding individual!!!!
Thank you again so much for everything and making this a pretty painless process!!
Tyler made our experience toward owning a home great!!
Bob Savage is a great agent . He was always available and if there might be a schedule conflict he let me know. Bob really made my buying experience a comfortable one. Bob is very knowledgeable and really looked out for me. He answered all my questions and informed me of some problems that might arise. I would use Bob as my agent anytime without a second thought .
This was a very positive home buying experience!
Adam (AJ) Watson, our real estate agent, was very responsive in all situations and to all questions. He was enthusiastic and always available as issues arose. We highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market of either selling or purchasing a new home.
Elaina O'Neal was always right on top of the situation as we moved towards closing. Hats off to her and those she worked with as the closing date approached.
Though we closed right on the date we originally set it seemed a struggle to get there. For a first time user of Veterans United it seemed as though the processes and the information being passed back and forth to the underwriters was very single threaded when actually things could have been handled simultaneously.
We weren't big fans of our realtor, but struggled through the process with her anyway. Our closing date was pushed back due to the agent not being proactive about the processes involved in buying a home through the VA. We heard "it's a learning process" every time the ball was dropped. We felt we were being placed a little too low on the totem pole in regards to our needs. I think she would benefit from a refresher course.
