They were quick to respond to all of our questions, no matter the complexity and we always felt like we were their number one priority. The team of Crystaline, Bailey, Missy, Jonathon Mack went above and beyond since the beginning of this process back in October 2024. When we had to put a pause on shopping due to the credit setback they checked on me and gave me pointers or advice on where to go next. We hit the greenlight again November 2025 and i found this home end of January '26. Crystaline made the process easy and smooth with the offer and paperwork throughout the 2 month closing period.
As I stated previously, this has been the best home buying experience I've ever had. Angelica, Jocelyn, and everyone involved was top-notch! Thank you to everyone at Veterans United for helping Veteran's like me become home-owners!
