My husband, the Veteran, and me had the best experience with our Loan Officer, Jerry Landrey and his Loan Coordinator, Grace Walther!! They were both so professional and gave easy instructions on all forms needed, by giving us a checklist. They were great at answering any questions that we had. The whole process was a joy because these two were fantastic!!! I will definitely refer VU to other veterans!!! And I will recommend Jerry and Grace to them!!! I give them a grade of A++.
The American Promise to Veterans who have served and their widow and orphan is a solum and sacred one to which the VA alone is unable to fulfill. Veterans United working alongside VA and utilizing the resources intended for Veterans fills in the gap to make that promise a reality. Dedicated professionals like Mr Dustin Johnson and Nicky Blevins through passion and sense of purpose worked so hard to make my dream come true in record time. I had an eviction notice after the house I rented was sold. Six weeks later in a home owner thank to the VA Loan Program , Veterans United and dedicated professionals like Mr Johnson and Mrs Blevins.
The loan team dropped the ball more than once. Communication was poor, I had to constantly chase people down for information and to get them to follow through. Very disappointing our second go around was so bad as our first one was great.
I honestly thought for sure that I wasn't able to refinance, the team assigned to help me with this whole process literally went above the call of duty to work around all the details to make sure everything was aligned, and aligned it did, Thank you Tom park

It was good how things fell in place. But our advice to the team is this: The team members need to be a little more in sync with each other. In other words; If one team member is absent, and another team member takes over, they need to make sure that the other team member has everything that they need to continue on with the work. It was was very frustrating for Mrs. Lykes and myself in getting the certain to-do's together again after we had already taken care of it. But other than that, it was great. Every team member was great. And that's real talk. I will be recommending you guys.
