There were a lot of problems with my particular situation, but because of the extensive appraisals that we’re done I was able to get my home for $20,000 less because it didn’t appraise at the original sale value..Also they were competitive with interest rates to local banks area. I was able to obtain the loan from my home at an affordable rate for my current situation and I’m confident that it was the best value I could find.
