this was an over the phone interaction, so there was that loss of 'personal' involvement with one's loan officer. With that said, I feel that I had mostly immediate contact with my loan officer, and the officer involved with documentation. All in all

I was asked documentation that I did not need which delay my process and when I thought I was going to close I was told I needed something last minute. I think that you should ask for all documents and brief the member on what else they might need.
