I want to thank Veterans United again. At my age I was worried about getting a loan for a house. My wife were homeless we had nice place in Tennessee,but due to a family emergency. We mostly sold everything we had and came down to Florida help. After three months not needed anymore. We found ourselves homeless. We rented a place from friends for 6months. Then lived at an Ab&b in Indian Rocks Island. In the meantime I was able to start searching for a home with the of Veterans United Homes.BTW while in Indian Rocks Island we had gone through two Hurricanes. My wife and I just wanted to quit.Veteran United was there for us all time

My loan officer and his team were excellent ! From going into contract to closing, it was all done under 30 days. They worked hard to meet the builder's timeline and mine. I would go back to them as needed in the future and refer all my veteran friends to VU !
Brad and Jake— team of the year. I’ve bought with VU in the past, and the experience was nice with no complaints, but Brad and Jake really elevated that experience! From their availability for questions, to their in depth knowledge, knowing they were backing me made me comfortable with the entire process. Even when my sellers were being “less than cooperative,” they were there to reassure me about the entire process and made themselves available to my agent and lawyer to help brainstorm solutions. I wish I could buy them a few rounds to thank them and celebrate!

As mentioned earlier….Stephen, Blair, Johnathan, and Michael went above and beyond for our family. Stephen went as far as doing more than I know was required of him. Answering late night messages, calls, and concerns. His whole team was there every second we had a question which was 24/7!!! Buying a new home was scary but not once did we feel concern as far as our team because at the end of the day, we are in our home because of them!!!! You can work with any lender and any lender will help you I am sure but this team, this team was phenomenal!!!! God bless America and the ones who got us here.
