The only thing I didn't like was that they told me we could use a job offer letter. Except while waiting on our clear to close, they almost didn't give it when they thought he hadn't started yet.Yet, I was told they could and one of the only ones that could.

The process for the home buying and loan process should change. There is no point in putting in an offer in a home when you don't know what the appraisal of the home is going to be. Specifically when your loan amount is determined by the appraisal.
