Janeanne & Eric both worked very hard to help me,.... both were consistent with what paperwork they needed from me to Make this happen,.... thank you for all you did for me!
We caused some delays by changing parameters. VU support team caused some delays by not keeping their data base up to date and not appropriately adjusting to incorrect or out of date info when we reported it to them. Caused our appraisal and water and pest tests to timeout and have to be repeated at our expense.
All I can say is “WOW” this was a stress free experience! I suffer from horrible anxiety and let me say that you guys made this so easy and pleasant. Thank you so much for helping us. You guys ROCK! Thank you for being so kind and patient. Always keeping us on track and informed. I will never forget you guys. Just absolutely awesome
