I fully trust Veteran's United in spite of numerous mass mailings that attempted to seem that other places had better offers in terms of interest rates. I learned long ago that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true.

important to inform purchaser that the appraisal shall be done with some exclusions. for example, my home had a piece of wood covering the basement window and i did not realize this until i purchased the home and had to buy my own



Closing date moved 1 day / closing time moved from 0900-1330. Unable to get a hold of VA Loan office until 1000. Both Billy/ Hunter out of office until Feb 22. I worked that night 1900-0700. This happened because of paperwork issues on VA Loans end.
