They were very courteous and helpful my wife and I have no complaints
It was really great working with everybody. They kept me well informed on what was going on and what I needed to do and just really a wonderful wonderful team. Thank you very much.
The only parts I was really confused about during the process was timing of inspections and the need for so many. Reid said the need for a well inspection and foundation inspection rarely happen or not at all. And then come to find out all in the party on the closing day said the lenders cautiousness about the title was unnecessary. I'm new to the home buying process, but it was odd to hear conflicting answers. At the end of the day though the foundation inspection albeit made me worry of the possibility the seller might back out, the fact that I don't have to worry about it now is great news. It was again the timing of that inspection that was bad. It came after I had paid someone to inspect the house and paid to get all these other tests done. I appreciate everyone's hard work and help to finish the close though.
Honestly, as a first time home buyer we’ve heard nothing but horror stories about the home buying process, but this was the exact opposite. Everything was streamlined and made so simple for us. We closed almost a month earlier than we expected

We appreciate everyone’s help. This was our first home and you all made it so easy to focus on the exciting parts of buying a home. Thank you Veterans United!
The Veterans united teams were rockstars and I have never worked with the a team this knowledgeable, very professional and each of them had something special to contribute to helping me with the total move itself and not just closing a loan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be using them in the future.
What can I say but “Bravo, job well done”!
