I worked directly with Matt Istwan through the loan process. He did an amazing job staying on top of all the needed documents as well as the other organizations involved in the loan to ensure they were doing their part.
The team I worked with was fantastic. They really know how to utilize their resources and represent veterans very well.
It was a bit challenging signing documents while stationed in Italy. Not that it is anyone's fault in particular but had I known this I might have made the trip to sign final paperwork. Maybe just something to recommend to your future customers.
