From the very start, he was on top of everything—I submitted my application, and not even five minutes later, he was already on the phone with me. Jamie stepped in and was awesome at keeping me updated after I put in an offer, and Shanellen made sure I was set with all my moving needs and any coordination I needed. The whole process was smooth, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend working with them!
Overall my expierence was great. Communication is what I value and it was always great. The ease of using the app was a huge plus. The only thing that irritated me was being asked for the same items multiple times.
