I had an outstanding experience with Veterans United. Saw mixed reviews before contacting VU and was a little concerned, but after working with them has nothing but the highest praise.
I did not like the fact that my credit had to be ran so many times also the road agreement was a bad deal for me and there was more than once I was emailed on late Friday afternoons for items needed to proceed with the loan. Also had to use several different people instead of just dealing with mathew

Through most of the process communication was good and everything seemed to be going well. At the end of the process specially the final days before the closing there were several mistakes made. Some of those mistakes were, not communicating with the buyer's atturney about the closing date ctc. Not telling the buyer that his girlfriend was not going to be on the deed. In several occasions we, the buyer had to sign and email the same documents several times. Also there were communication barriers within the different people who were handling our paperwork, because we would be ask to submit the same paperwork by different people.
Very awesome.
Albert and his team stays with me through the whole process even with delay due to the inclement weather we were experiencing. I'm so grateful for all the accomplishments.

Veterans United treated me as though I knew as much about the loan process as their professionals. Every thing was done at the last minute, not explaining what or why various items were needed. The closing was 4 days later than they said they could close. I was not informed of many things I felt I should have been to make my anxiety levels a lot lower. I had surprises everyday for the last week prior to closing. very little communication from the team to me.
I can't begin to explain how amazing my loan team worked to make our home buying purchase a breeze!
