I was afraid to use my VA home loan due to horror stories from the past. Other then waiting a few weeks longer on paper work it was very quick to the point and flawless. Was impressed by all helping with my file.
VUHL is Avery thorough company, I now know that they have a few more requirements for loan approval than some of the others out there but I strongly believe that they are in place to protect the buyer. Everything they require is manageable and each individual I spoke with was educated on my personal loan packet and explained things to me in detail which was very important to me.
I think the overall experience was exceptional!

The process was quicker than I though it would be; however, the processors stayed in daily touch for the most part and answered/explained each step our application was in. They seemed as happy as we were when the loan was approved/completed.
