For a company that processes VA loans regularly, there were far too many last minute glitches. There's no need to make this so stressful. I would recommend using a bank for VA loans.

Derek was again great to work with, and his assistant Matt also did a wonderful job keeping us informed and providing status.

The process was easy to work with.
Took over 5 months to close, repeatedly had to submit information that they already had. Did not update vender on type of Appraisal that was needed when financing was changed from VA to FHA, therefore causing long and unnecessary delay for closing, and team did not take responsibility for this. Recurrent disappointment. Very unhappy with experience.
Worst experiance of my life. Would not wish these people on my worst enemy.

Only if their credit score exempted them from the 1% origination fee, otherwise I would send them to their local bank. Sometimes did not know why I was being asked for certain paperwork.
