Initially answered questions were ignored and had to be answered later in the process again because they were initially ignored. For example: I owned a double wide trailer that is in a trailer park where I pay lot rent.
Veterans United referred us to their Light House program which helped us repair our credit. We were then able to be pre qualified without any problem. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and communicated with us through every phase of the process. In the future, we will look to them FIRST for our mortgage needs.

Primary complaint has to do with the inordinate amount of time it took to finally get my loan approved. Even m attorney commented he has never been involved with a closing that took so long and demanded such minute detail. As far as the two young ladies I dealt with, Dawn and Rebecca, I feel they did a very good job under trying circumstances. But despite their fine work, VU is too difficult to work with for me to recommend your services to any of my fellow vets.

Mark and his team were exceptional! They were always ready to help, answer questions and very fast at getting this loan thru. We had some issues with the Underwriter but Mark and his team were working very hard with us to get it all taken care of. Fabulous work!
