Horrible experience. So many discrepancies, delays in closing for ridiculous reasons, lack of contact and information, disorganized, too many surprises and hidden fees. I would not recommend VU to my worst enemy.
Ive had 4 home transactions total in the past (2 homes buy sell each) and this transaction was by far the best one Ive had. These guys are awesome specifically Tory, Nani and Nick Foley but Tory was on top of this and I heard behind the scenes Nani was kicking ass also but I wasn't there to experience that so will only comment on how awesome they were when i interacted with them and it was always great,
