Appraisal step was delayed by at least one week for a reason that I overheard should not have been the case: the appraiser was performing this role on a half-time basis and another in this industry also on a half-time basis.
Other then the hiccup with the wife's payroll everything went very smooth.
They are a little picky about certain things but overall great!
