Every time I had a question, VU was very quick to get back to me with an answer. Additionally, they kept me in the loop with everything that was happening from beginning to closing.
Since our loan process was during the holidays(Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years) it was very tricky meeting the deadlines and Veterans worked hard to accomplish it.
Everything went well for the most part, however I think there should be a well defined "check list" informing you of all documentations needed at the beginning of the loan process so that we will have them ready as we go through the different phases.
