Loan officers were ok but the underwriters were horrible, demanding documents that were irrelevant to me! I had to do research to prove them wrong! They were incompetent , maybe inexperienced with a lot to learn.
Brendan was an exceptional loan officer. Responded quickly to all our questions. The whole loan process was fantastic.

The service was an absolute train wreck. It took two months to get my loan approved and we almost lost the house because they didn't have their act together the day before closing. Worse yet, they didn't seem to care.

very poor service had to contact them just to get the information I needed.. Would wait to the last minute on everything
The only thing I did not like was the fact that I could not get the exact amount of my monthly payment and the final closing cost until the day before the closing date.
