They really don't communicate. Not with each other or us. Our daughter finally started to get involved. That's when we really started getting some place. They changed 3 personal workers without telling us. Many times sending private personal documents which nobody knows anything about. I like my house. Its great

My loan officer was very helpful and informative, but veterans united process was so bad I left like a nervous reck wondering if I choose the wrong bank
