There was a lack of communication over the whole process, as well as confusion as to which loans we were eligible for. We expected Veterans United to work with us diligently, as this is our first home, and clear up any confusion as well as follow up on things with us, but there was not that curtesy.
Awesome experience met my expectations,and addressed any concerns with a sense of urgency .
