Veterans United made our first home buying experience so simple!
The overall process was really smooth and VU sent out email about what I should be expecting at each different layer, which was really helpful. My credit was just under passing, so they even have a program to help with suggestions on how to get in range, called Lighthouse, which was helpful. I only had to make one payment to get within range, so that was great!
I had several problems during my loan process.Garrett and his team took control of the situation and found solutions in each case.
Liz and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Tyler Jones, Twiggy, and Kristen. They were extremely helpful. They were quick to explain every detail of the loan process. Liz and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

Whenever we had questions or concerns, our loan specialist was always there with the information We needed. Would we recommend Veterans United to family and friends? Absolutely! - and to anyone else looking for as smooth a mortgage process as anyone could reasonably expect.
