Ever aspect of the loan process was handled quickly and professionally. The staff knew the complete process forwards and backwards... no surprises what so ever. I have worked with other loan companies before and this was by far the best experience.
I actually have already recommended Veterans United to someone else.The only recommendation I would make is if their are issues with a consumers credit, help them to understand completely what needs to be done to correct the credit issue.
Very simple and easy to understand. There was no pressure in buying. They really just wanted to educate the Veterans of Hawaii in home buying. Even though it takes 45 days too close on a home. They were there every step of the way.

the only negative was the amount of time to get the appraisal ordered. The fee was paid on a Friday and not ordered until late the following week. This resulted in a closing delay. The staff did go above and beyond to minimize the delay.
