I never knew this would be this easy. OMG! But I had all of my papers in order that part was very easy finding the house was hard. Plus the people were very nice Candy and Tony very very nice. And they understood a lot of things.

The process was smooth, fluid and very quick. I had a 30-day closing deadline to meet and (if it hadn't been for the seller dragging their feet), VU made it to where I could have even closed earlier if desired.
