Service at Veterans United was great...only hiccup I seen was deadlines. My file was received from the underwriter after 10:30 am Tuesday therefore it wouldn't be ready till Thursday. Too much time lost when you are waiting to get into a home.
We would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who is eligible for a VA loan. Our experience was great, we have no complaints. The best part of the entire process was receiving our keys at closing, without our team that would not have been possible.
