My wife and I would like to convey (we learned that word from our real estate dealings, lol) our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of the Veteran's United Team!!!Our journey began with Smith Gaddy on May 23rd. This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. From the beginning, communication was clear, responsive, and professional, and we always knew what was needed and where we stood in the process.What impressed me most was how the team handled the challenges that came up right at the finish line. When an unexpected underwriting requirement threatened to delay our closing, Austin stayed engaged, communicated with us directly, and worked with the rest of the team to get everything reviewed and moving again as quickly as possible. We never felt like we were left trying to figure things out on our own.Buying a home is stressful enough, and using a VA loan can add another layer to the process. I dont belive I know thatveterans united helped me every inch of the way! Scott Woo and his staff are so professional and goal minded plus friendly and always there for me! Talk about a quick process jeeze I found the place on a saturday and less than 3 weeks later I signed for my new home! No hastles just nothing but help all along the way!
