Mike is my "GO-TO" professional when it comes the Veterans United. He is a complete professional in every aspect of the word. As long as he is at Veterans United he will be the first email i send when buying my properties or recommending someone.
We recently completed our mortgage with Veterans United and had an overall positive experience. Our loan officer, Brice, was communicative, professional, and pleasant to work with. He kept the process moving, advocated for better pricing, had everything ready about a week before closing, and even sent us a thoughtful housewarming gift.My only concern was that we had to present competing estimates twice before receiving their best rate and closing costs. First Meridian Mortgage offered the lowest rate, but Brice had already done most of the work and fought to improve our terms, so we stayed with Veterans United. I would recommend them, but veterans should obtain several official loan estimates beyond Navy Federal and USAA and compare rates, fees, points, and lender credits before committing. Brice’s service and rapport ultimately saved the deal.
