This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. You all never lost sight of why you are doing this.I am a Vietnam Veteran who has had a difficult trip through life. I never would have dreamed this possible. More importantly, my wife gets the one thing in this life that she has always dreamed of. Thank you for what you have done for us! Remember that you all hold the ability to fulfill a void in a veteran and his family's life. It makes a HUGE difference and again we will be forever grateful to you all. Thank you!!!

Hunter and his team were phenomenal for the entire process from my initial application in November 2025. Hunter followed up periodically (which I loved because if there is one thing that will turn me off from working with someone is being to pushy) just to check in. As my agent and I started getting into looking at houses Hunter was always there to answer questions. This was a huge deal for me as I was navigating the home buying as a single mom and I was very nervous! I would highly recommend Veterans United and more importantly, Hunter and his team!
