As I was buying a house in the states while stationed overseas, her dedication made a stressful process feel much smoother.Also, Jack Davis my Loan Specialist was the first person I interacted with, and he did a great job getting me set up and connected with the right people on the team. Shane Martin team was great, they were very considerate and worked extremely hard under the circumstances to get the proper loan amount. They were very professional, they went above and beyond. and made sure that the veteran affairs didn’t approved a loan to someone that didn’t deserve it, or couldn’t afford it, which would cause issues in the future.

Veterans United has stuck with me through some really bad times. We started our journey together to buy a home that the seller decided to violate our agreement causing the home to go under foreclosure and without my knowledge or any kind of notice. Now Ive been forced to look at another home and start the process all over again. Mr. Perry has been with me the whole time, offering any kind of help he was able to! So here we are 3 years later still working together and closed on a good home without any issues or worries! I greatly appreciate and respect all they have done for me! An amazing team for sure! There were some mix ups with documentation and their team members which led to some confusion on my end about total closing costs.
