They were very professional kept me informed as to what i needed to do and what they needed from me very well communicated transactions of documents and links between realtor and myself.
Overall the experience was positive. However I experienced some difficulties with coordination and communication between Veterans United and the Title company located in Florida. This created a substantial amount of anxiety on my part as the closing date approached. Ultimately. closing was not finalized or otherwise approved until the day of closing. This may not be a fair assessment but my opinion was that there appeared lack of urgency from Veterans United as the closing date approached
Extremely helpful, very informative, and relatively quick response to questions. Although there were two instances I wasn't happy about getting request for documents on a Friday and couldn't reach anyone until Monday to clarify any questions I may have had. The fact that they hooked me up with an amazing realtor made up for any short comings. Mike and Nick were also outstanding!
Veterans United was very helpful, this being my first home buying experience. They helped and guided me each step of the way.

Our original loan officer just upped and left the company. We weren't even informed of this. And our new loan officer never contacted us once. So, our loan officer was Glenn. Not Todd.
Cole and Courtney were very professional and stayed on top of any paperwork or information needed throughout the process of the home building.
