I had a great team! Always kept in touch, easily accessible when I had questions. They always kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on and what I need to do. They made the process a lot easier. Very professional, respectful, and cordial
Ally Haynes was a phenomenal help! Her follow through and reminders are the sole reason we made it to close on time! She was a great help and has the full acknowledgment of Justine and I that she made this process happen!

The communication between client and loan officer was poor and a lack of. During the entire process things continued to pop up that I was unaware of. As a Veteran and being that I served this country certain breaks and programs are given to us to help. Nothing about this process helped. No credits, no programs, no anything. The VA loans are for veterans who don't have a large amount of funds for down payments to not have to pay a lot of money and be able to purchase hassle and stress free. This process was not that. And for the loan officer to say... I don't have to give you no credits is very unprofessional.

My first home-buying process went seamlessly with VU, even though we lived overseas in a different timezone! VU took the time to explain every detail to me & unravel the complicated process by giving me simple step-by-step instructions.
As a first time buyer VU was outstanding. I had no idea what this process would have consist of and the VU team was there when I had any questions or concerns. Also I was on a tight deadline to be out of my APT like 1month and we closed before then. I have been wanting to buy a house for several years, started looking when I lived in Texas a few years ago. Then again when I moved back home to Montana. The right house never came along until this year. Wow what a whirlwind experience. Veterans United was on the ball from the get go. 1 month. That's what it took and we are over the moon happy with the house and the VU experience!!
It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had a few computer issues but everything turned out great in spite of it. ( I type by the hunt & peck method & don’t understand or like computers!)
