I've bought a home before, and from beginning to the very end, this experience seemed so much easier, I felt like I had more knowledge about what was going on than I ever had!
I was in escrow for more than 4 months. I know a lot of it was waiting on approval however I feel like 4 months is still incredibly too long. I've never heard of a loan taking so long

It seemed to be a lengthy process but well worth the time.
The only reason for my rate is because a lot of time I fine the whole process frustrating. I thought it was taking too long and the stuff that was ask of me was not necessary.

Exceptional process and underwriting.
The staff was well knowledged and helpful as well as patient. Nothing was rushed and all the bases were covered. Our particular situation took some time, but they bent over backwards to get our home purchased. Very, very pleased.
Jeff and Amelia were great to work with but the underwriter made me have regrets about choosing Veterans United. I felt that after giving her proof that she asked for in multiple forms that I was basically being called a liar.
