I THINK THAT THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOREUPDATES AS FAR AS THE LOAN STATUS AND MAYBE MORE EXPLANATION WHEN IT CAN TO THE DISCLOSURES.
Things began great but I was constantly having to resend documents, remind the loan team I had already uploaded them, and our closing documents were not finalized until the day of closing, were HOURS late and had errors.
Mike and his team were very prompt in responding to emails and any other questions. Very helpful in the home purchase procedure. Can't say enough good things about the initial discussion with Nathan, the paperwork process with Trina, and the overall follow up with Mike including the post closing calls to make sure things were a good experience.
