This was an extremely disorganized process. I sent things in and they went missing. We switched loan specialists near the end. Carter the first one only asked for 3 months of paperwork and kept telling me this will be so easy, it's a sk dunk. Todd the second agent did not go through our folder until after he sent it to underwriting and was asking for 12 months of documentation the day before we were supposed to close. We have credit scores of 780 and 790 and undewriting was asking for proof of April 2016 payment- we had paid our loan on time for more than 10 years We had to postpone closing.
Joe and Jenna went above and beyond. I feel like our builder was slow to communicate because we weren't using their preferred lender. And they navigated the many obstacles professionally and tactfully.

Wonderful experience! The entire loan team was amazing, professional, and truly great people. I was amazed at how much care they showed in helping us. We are beyond thankful for such an amazing team.
