I was very disappointed with your underwriting department. I have had multiple VA loans previously and have never had that much difficulty getting through underwriting. I have worked for the Dept of VA exclusively since May 2009. There was no reason why it was so difficult to verify my employment and salary. I would hesitate recommending you as a lender because of that issue.

The communication between the different departments is less than satisfactory not to mention trying to get in touch with them. I think the process could of gone much smoother if they were more organized.
Everything went smooth, and on time. We closed with 30days of our offer being accepted. Preapproval process was effortless, they had great recommendations on agents if you dont have one.
