Had to be the worst experience ever. Always felt like we were being put up on the shelf. No matter how prompt we were with our paperwork, it felt like VUHL didn't share the same attitude for getting things done. Was really difficult to get any timelines or responses from anyone other than our loan specialist. Underwriting definitely ruined the experience. All I can say is that they are very unorganized and are not concerned with your situation.
