Due to the rapidity of our move to Florida, we did have some challenges to overcome. Cole Simmons particularly went above and beyond...working nights during your last big ice storm, Cole brought it all together with his team and we settled on the second date given. Pretty darn good given the small window given to do so. I was tough on Cole, but he handled it professionally at all times!

I would have given a 10, but the day before I was supposed to close on my house, I sent an email asking if everything was still good. I received a phone call shortly after stating my file was still in underwriting and that there were a couple minor items that still needed to be taken care of on my end. Had I known this was the case, I would have taken care of them the week prior, but I was not told that these items were still pending. My closing ended up being delayed by a week, which I was not happy about, but the team took ownership of the mistake and did everything they could to expedite the final process and worked with my realtor to get everything completed and ready for me to move in the following week.
