I loved the fact that during the time it took to correct some issues with our credit Veterans United kept in contact with us. We had contacted a couple of different mortgage companies and Veterans United was the only one to consistently check up on us.
Overall our experience with United Home Loans was good, although we did run into a few frustrating situations.
Awesome experience with Veterans United, was skeptical about online mortgage companies due to reviews online. There was no issues thru the whole process due to Veterans United and we closed mar 10 2017 and will be calling Veterans United (Allison Basnett and Shelbie Brumley) when I'm ready to refinance! Thanks very much to everyone at Veterans United that helped my family and I get our dream home!!

Better communication between all parties. If you are waiting for the realtor to complete something, let the client know so they are aware of what is happening.
