Seems like I had to provide a lot more information / justification of my income compared to any of my friends / family who have recently bought a house.Kind of ridiculous that I had to apply without my wife on the application because she has always been great with her money and has not needed to take out any loans. Feels like we are being punished for being responsible.

I would recommend this company to any veteran who is interested in purchasing a home loan. The staff from the realtor to the closing officer were outstanding. The paperwork was easy to fill out and probably the easiest home loan I have ever done.
