it was very somooth and comfortable and i do appreciate it .
VU was generally very helpful and accommodating as I went though the home purchase process. They were even willing to step in an make things right when a very negative situation occurred. While I am grateful that the financial situation that I was placed in was rectified via debt settlement, the end result of not having an expected several thousand dollars of cash in hand as expected placed my home improvement plans on an indefinite hold till I can work out other means of financing them. This was an extremely disappointing part of the home purchase process for me. It's mind-boggling that this situation wasn't rectified until the very last minute, which almost caused a break in contract due to our inability to close on time.
