Veterans United was prompt to answer my inquiry into a new home loan from the first phone call. Although I worked through one specialist, I felt that the company was diligent, professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
Loan manager was great, just wish that the explanation of the fees were better explained, this was the only part of the loan process that was frustrating. All in all, Nathan was great.
Outstanding and quick work from the beginning to the end.
