Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Everything went great with the process of buy our home with Veterans United and I'll recommend them to friends and relatives. Thank you for helping us get though this big step.

I thought everyone was beyond helpful going out of their way to help us. I truly thank all of my loan team. My only improvement was there was a little confusion when getting documents sent between me, the realtor, and the va. However thats to be expected we are all in different states different time zones we adapted to it.
