Communication was horrible Micheal Jones did good but there was a hiccup at some point with the other person we were working with because we got radio silence after that

This has been such an easy experience. My team was prompt with all issues and were able to help me understand the process a little better. I will definitely recommend Veterans United to any ex military I know.
This process was nothing but wonderful. Our loan officer and coordinator was stellar and had great communication and was able to get us to close a week earlier than expected. We also arrived to our home and our son had the most awesome package waiting for hin due to the Veterans United team actually treating us like we were a friend rather than a number.
