Really liked how dumbed down easy the process is. Seemed effortless.Did not like finding out I could save 5k in closing costs and 20k over the corse of 30 yrs with a better interest rate from a different loan company.

Stacy and greg were great. They were very helpful. Underwriting should give faster and provide one list of what is needed instead of keep requesting documents again and again. This process entends the process of getting the loan finished
I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. They have accommodated and ensured my comfort throughout the home buying experience. Our experience lacked origination and repetition. Instead of one contact I think we had 3. It should've been much less difficult overall. They had all our information necessary to complete our loan. We both have excellent credit scores with no other loans except our existing home loan! We haven't paid a penny of interest on our 1 credit card in 20 years! It was my pick as a combat veteran from Vietnam to pick VU as our option. Sad but in the future I/We will look elsewhere.
We had a great experience with our loan officer and his entire team during our home buying process. We closed on our home on December 15, and they truly made everything happen quickly and smoothly. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the whole process felt well-organized and stress-free. Their efficiency, knowledge, and support made buying our home a positive experience. Can’t thank my home buying team enough for all the work they put in to make this an easy process. Moving from Germany to Hawaii was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but buying a new home while traveling was honestly the easiest part. A huge shout out to Ryan for making sure I understood all the financials and keeping costs at a minimum. Couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out!
