Everything was great do was Dustin and Jackie really went out of her way to help however she could and they had her running around as well however, I can't give you a 10 because your underwriting department lacked professionalism and there were documents they could have asked for long ago but forgot to and had us scrambling at the last minute. Just felt they were very inconsistent and waited pretty much till the last minute to send out requests for needed paperwork.
