i would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to friends and family but my experience with being approved for a Va loan was challenging because I felt violated throughout the process because of my marital separation and was question also at the closing concerning my husband tax returns. I saw no fault in the loan officers involved who were professional in this sensitive matter.

The regulations imposed on homes (especially when we weren't provided a list of what to look for) made it very difficult to find a home. I would recommend an FHA loan or a conventional loan to a first time buyer.
