His communication with us was impeccable and we always knew where we were in thr process without having to ask. The loan specialists I worked with were very professional and cordial. The only reason my rating is not a 10 is because of a misunderstanding of the amount of money needed to close for my circumstances.

The process was more complicated than I thought. There were issues regarding documentation that drew out this already long & complicated process. I did like the access available to partner companies for HOI, real estate agents, & any specialty needs.
