Great staff that provided answers in ways that made sense to me. I really felt like they were "on-my-side" and that I wasn't just a number to them.
Samantha was excellent, she was helpful beyond expectation. At the end of the refinancing experience I left feeling all my questions were answered and I was very comfortable with the loan. Everyone gets bonus points for having the personnel to close the loan show up to my house after 5 pm, this works excellent for working individuals. It was so much easier than when I initially purchased the house.
Overall had a great experience, the origination fee was higher than I would have liked but other than that I was happy.

if i ever need to do any loans in the future veterans united will be the only one i will call the completion does not have a chance
I think it would be easier if everything needed is known from day one. All money that is needed. It took a little longer than we thought part of it was our fault.
