They were very unprofessional and promised the moon and never delivered. Our loan started the end of July and our funds were just dispersed today. Our 3 day right of recision was ended on oct 11. They were not pleasant and never followed up on anything. They lied about things and misrepresented things.

Remarkable support but sometimes felt that the LO and others had too many balls in the air. You all do such great work you need to guard against LO's taking care of too many cases. I personally witnessed NFCU almost loose their credibility when they open their services up to all armed forces. As a member for over 60 years I witnessed their failure to support their long time family.

Matt Marstall did a fantastic job. This is the second time I've used him and he continues to impress. At closing, the title company and seller's realtor said they had had some bad experiences with Veterans United for some reason but Matt was unbelievable.. We literally talk about Matt for a good 5 minutes at closing and he wasn't even there.
