KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!!!!!!!
Again, over all - positive. I will say if there's one thing I will remember; no one was around for signing. I'm not really sure if it's common to have your loan officer present at signing but we discussed it and I expected it but there was no one there. A huge "Thank You" to Eric Soete and Jackie O'Brien for all that they did to help us secure our new home.

Imagine our very pleasant surprise when Ashleigh called me in January of this year, telling me that I pe-qualify for this Re-Fi. What an excellent way to start this new year!
Greatly appreciated there service
Working with Bryant and Derek Fletcher was a great experience. Derek really went out of his way to help me in every way possible. I would recommend both of these gentlemen.
Only negative I have is about the realtor that was recommended to us. It seemed at times that we knew more about the process and the properties then she did and ended up doing a lot of the leg work on things ourselves. In the end we found a house, so it all worked out.
Tim is a great asset to your company. I would hire him myself.
