I wasn't informed of my escrow account having to be taken off of my principal concerning my Refinance VA loan. During the complete process I expressed I didn't want to complete our process without my refund of my Property Tax escrow for 2016 as described in my VA 100% disability, I feel that Mile Lyman wasn't informed enough, considering he had to my numerous inquires for information as requested. I'm totally dissatisfied with his professionalism.
I liked the overall experience. Everything is very organized and streamlined. The website is great. The step by step training tools were exceptionally helpful. I liked having the ability to sign documents online. It made the process faster and easier. I felt confident and secure sharing my personal information with Veterans United. My loan officer was very kind and helpful.

They answered all of my aggravating questions, and encouraged me to ask more if I needed to. Front start to finish it was very seemless.
I enjoyed the experience of buying a home through Veterans United Home Loan. However, I did not like when they kept asking for various documents when were supposed to have closed already. Overall, we would still recommend Veterans United Home Loans to our friends and family.
