1) 30 days prior to closing i had a bunch of paper to sign with explaining what are those and some I had to sign again and again2) i told VU i am deploying by a certain day so we can close on a certain to have time to move before deploying, but as if I said nothing and start giving me dates whenever they wanted but luckily my deployment got delayed a week.
Dj was very helpful, patient, answerd all our questions and a blessing to our family.
