Everyone at VU was friendly and helpful and great to work with. My only issue was that the papers got to the Tiltle company 2 hours "late". They were still able to accommodate us and we signed in time, but that bit at the end with the papers not being there when we had privided all our stuff very promptly throughout the process was nerve wracking! I am thinking this is because you need more loan officers and they are hard to get these days.
Everyone was right there to help along the way. Very prompt replying back to whomever has a question.
Overall beyond satisfied with my whole Veterans United team wouldn’t want it any other way and look forward to doing business again with the organization.

This was my first home purchase, and I had no clue what to expect in this process. The team that worked with me did an amazing job in communicating step and details as we moved forward and keep me informed. Came across a hiccup but with the great team work we got it solved in very little timeing.
